Opportunity for growth
We offer various forms of further education and career development so that our employees always feel motivated and engaged in their work.
We have created our own Gastronaut training program, which all our employees can participate in. The program consists of a series of courses focusing on both professional and personal development. Each year, we update the Gastronaut catalog with input from our employees, ensuring that we always offer the most relevant and inspiring courses.
Additionally, we have our leadership training, 'Sharp Knives,' which provides all of our kitchen managers with the necessary tools and skills to lead their teams and ensure the successful operation of our cafeterias.
